In Special Guest episodes we interview someone who is either building or have built a home and discuss their build journey. From first impressions to overall experience, we deep dive into what it feels like to build a home straight from the client’s point of view. 

 In today’s episode our special guest is Jarrod Chandler, who is a Mr Enthusiast client building The Priorities design in Ravenswood, WA.

 Jun 2022 – Signed Up 
 Dec 2022 – Formal Approval 
 Feb 2023 – Slab Down 
 Apr 2023 – Bricks Finished 
 May 2023 – Roof Finished 
 Jun 2023 – Lock Up

The administration side did take longer than expected due to some complications, but as an overview Jarrod is currently only 5 months into construction and is already at lock up stage.
