Meet Angelina Rivera, a seasoned professional with over 25 years in the manufacturing industry, now serving as a Supply Chain Group Manager in the federal government. She has held various roles including Command Executive Secretary, Budget Analyst, Administrative Advisor, and Supervisor Production Analyst at the Marine Depot Maintenance Command. Notably, she led operations as Supervisor Industrial Specialist at Production Plant Barstow, managing everything from repairs to final paint for vehicles.
Angelina is certified in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma, and has substantial experience in ISO certification and auditing. Her key achievements include optimizing processes, establishing centralized disassembly areas, streamlining weld repair cycles, and implementing standardized work protocols. She’s also a Certified U.S. Marine Corps Yellow Belt Lead Instructor, training hundreds in process enhancement.
Outside her government role, she runs a wellness and coaching/consulting business and is launching a podcast, "Refine and Shine."
