In this episode, I discuss and give updates on the three student forgiveness programs.
My special guest is Dr. Paul Miller. Dr. Miller is a nationally recognized entrepreneur, educator leader, and author passionate about eliminating the school-to-prison pipeline and helping alleviate black men's employment and financial challenges. Dr. Miller is responsible for improving the trajectory of at-risk black and Hispanic teens, typically those unable to excel in traditional school settings. He equips them with the tools for success, work, and volunteer opportunities in their community and prepares them for college or jobs after high school graduation. For the last decade, he was the CEO and Principle of Green Tech High Charter School in Albany, NY - where he led his students to a 95% graduation rate and 100% acceptance rate to college. Now, he oversees and supports 25 charter schools in Rochester, NY, and is a consultant to other schools nationwide. His goal is to close the education and wealth gaps in America.
