In this episode of the Embodied Voice Breathwork Podcast, I have the honor of welcoming my dear friend Rodo Escalante. Rodo’s mission is to bring simple, sustainable awareness tools to individuals struggling with neurological disorders, empowering them to find their center and live a more harmonious life. His own journey—from navigating ADHD, dyslexia, and autism to becoming a professional deep diver—led him to develop Alchemy: Rewire, a comprehensive breathwork system designed to help individuals move beyond mental limitations and into mind-heart coherence.
Rodo’s experience in freediving revealed a profound connection between breath control, neurological function, and mental clarity. By practicing controlled breath holds and CO₂ tolerance techniques, he discovered that he could achieve the same emotional and mental alignment in 20 minutes that others might seek through hours of meditation. This realization became the foundation of his method, which now serves as a bridge for others seeking alternative approaches to mental health and personal transformation.
