They're back! (And it was so worth the wait!)

What a pleasure it was talking to the gang from Kansas City icons Frogpond. Heidi, Justine, Kristin, and Michelle were gracious enough to give us updates on what's new with the band (like an amazing new record...seriously...it's so good!), coy recruitment of new members, stories from the past and thoughts on the present and future. 

Some takeaways: Don't criticize their gear! Avoid late night Hawaiian road trips with our friend Lisa Umbarger (Toadies; SolShifter). And NEVER underestimate the awesomeness of this unit!
