On September 21, 2008, God gave Pastor Dr. Yvonne Scott Miller the mandate to be the “Voice” for HIS JEHOVAH SHAMMAH Dome. Pastor Dr. Yvonne explains that the Dome is “Not a Church.” It is “Not a Religious Facility.” It is the footstool of God. A place where He can bring all His children together in peace.
