The heavens have been opened up in Uganda and showers of blessings continue to fall year after year as the rain of the Word waters the seed. But during a service last week, when the natural rain threatened to ruin the meeting, it was rebuked and the skies cleared at the command of the Word. The people got to enjoy a good sunny weather during rain season, confirming once again, that the Word of God is creative power.
