Today we take a break from your regularly-scheduled programming to bring to you Whidbey Island historian, Real Estate Managing Broker at Windermere Real Estate, and most-importantly, my father - Clay Miller, to share with us all on the air some amazing history about the area and specifically, one of the coolest listings to hit the market. With a storied past covering well over 150 years, the Libbey Ranch House (also known as the Oceanside Ranch) on Whidbey Island is one of the oldest standing structures (and still lived in!) in the entire State. Even after this place has sold, the history of the place (and the island) will live on through my father on this episode. Enjoy!
