"As I have gone through this process, I feel one of the changes is that I have become more confident," she says. "There is less time for planning. At first, we had to make strategic decisions very quickly. That leaves little time for self-doubt. … As time has come on, I've become more confident not just in myself, but in my teammates and my colleagues. It's never a one-man show."
