Our Title Officer Buys His First Home

We are so excited to have one of our Title Officers sign papers for his new home! Spencer Skog, our title examiner, just signed for his first home! Find out about his first residential experience home-buying in Utah went for Spencer!

Spencer was looking for a home for around a year and had money saved up in a bank. He approached a lender to see what he could get for a mortgage and went through the residential mortgage approval process.

He was a bit daunted by the experience with his first home, but his realtor Jordan McQueen supported him through the process.. “It always seemed like I was my realtor’s only client, even though he was busy.”
