The Spheres Of Light or simply Spheres Meditation emerged from the Infinite Silence in 2011. It only requires ones heart-based intention to open to the experience. Nothing else. That is the simplest version of the Meditation. This track includes additional guidance to support you. It is an energetic bridge to Infinite Silence Self Realisation and the Infinite Silence Meditation which will also be shared here in increasing durations and silent sections in coming weeks.
