The name of Jesus elicits amazing emotional responses. What other name can make people feel amazing love and grace, or utter contempt. What makes the difference in how someone reacts to Jesus? It is whether or not they have "tasted and seen that the Lord is good."

When we share the word of God and talk about Jesus we find out that He is good and He is with us. We don't have to imagine what Jesus and God's word might taste like. We can know Him and taste for ourselves what the spice of life really is.

When we have experienced Jesus and tasted how good He is we need to remember what life was like before Jesus. We need to realize that there are billions of people who don't even know what flavor really is. A taste of the true and living God can radically change a person's life forever in the best possible way. We were given the best so we can give the best. Spicy and delicious.
