Carl Umfress is not only essential, he is a very funny and talented comedian from Phoenix. We enjoyed Spicy Korean BBQ wings from Wingstop and Carl shared what it’s like to be essential and what he’s been up to during the pandemic. Carl gave me the runway to bring up every embarrassing story I could think of but he also shared some of his hopes and dreams, his love of trees and tons of insights from working in a successful comedy club.
