We have a Munster flavour to this episode as we welcome light heavyweight Kingdom Warrior Kevin Cronin back. He was last on the show in March 2019 as he prepared for his pro debut. Since then he's had mixed fortunes and has begun fighting of a different kind. And we cannot have a Munster theme without the bold, the brilliant Spike O'Sullivan. 
He tells Al about growing up in Cork, training and not really planning on a pro career. Then a call from Pascal Collins who would go on to be his coach and friend throughout his whole career. He chats openly about the fights and rivalries he's had over the years and about a potential future meeting with fellow Irish light middleweight Dennis Hogan.
