You won’t believe it, but we first met a few years ago during a fight and yes you heard right I just started training Brazilian jiu-jitsu for the first time. I had experience in some other forms of fighting, but I just dot choked and choked again. (For non-practitioners it means to lose in a fight)

And as usual in these kind of sports you switch partner every round. So round after round I got choked till finally I started roiling with this way more calm and thoughtful partner he didn’t have the biggest muscles, but his technic good and precise but more impressive was his energy and intuition for movement he was peaceful in the eyes of getting choke. A behaviour that only experienced fighters express. You can already guess that’s Hari. Nowadays he is teaching yoga to some of my friends and me (sometimes also wisdom like this audio) This audio recording happened on an afternoon in the English garden Hari and me are talking about his cultural background, philosophy growing up and guess what FIGHTING
