Although in my podcast I'm all about positivity, encouragement and smiles, I think it's also important to discuss the darker topics. With some eventful things in my life and hard circumstances, at the age of 13, I was already dealing with depression, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. In this episode, my friend Bailey and I discuss our stories, our journey dealing with depression, our triumphs and our thoughts on how depression is portrayed in social media and entertainment today.
