MySpace, Straighten - Hair and surrounding your username with “XxX” (I.E. “XxSpinCityxX”). Back in the day, Chiodos were the powerhouse of music in the alternative world. Smash singles like, “Baby, You Wouldn’t Last a Minute on the Creek”, “The Words ‘Best Friend’ Become Redefinied” and “Lexington (Joey Pea-Pot with a Monkey Face)” helped Chiodos define what music lovers new as Alternative Rock, Progressive Rock, Post-Hardcore and, of course, “Emo”. We also dive into some of the side projects that their some of the band’s founding members did like, Cinematic Sunrise, and the legendary super group, Isles & Glaciers. Lastly, we check out the band, Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows (D. R. U. G. S.) - a band that Chiodos’ frontman, Craig Owens, created during his forced leave from the band.
