Ed Spinks, founder of Spinks Law Firm, he has been practicing law in the area of elder law, social security, veteran's benefits, and disability law for over 20 years.

Ed is retired from the U.S. Marine Corps with over 25 years of military service, serving the last 10 years as a Marine Judge Advocate. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida and obtained his law degree from Florida State University School of Law. He is also a graduate of the Naval Justice School and holds a certificate in Special Education Advocacy from William & Mary Law School.
