So, this episode was supposed to be about intrusive thoughts and have a bit of a Law of Attraction flair.  We still do talk about reworking negative thought patterns. But, as the magickal b*tches we are, it took a turn and we ended up also delving into spirits, attachments, and a little about energy protection.
