As we are healing ourselves we open our Heart for a deeper and more intimate connection to Spirit. In that process very often we can feel stuck in how the connection to Spirit can be seen, heard, received. Also, we might encounter people who can channel “specific spirits” and we can easily fall into comparing our connection to Spirit with their connection. In this podcast, I explore the many ways to connect to Spirit and why we are truly never disconnected from Spirit.
