This past weekend pulled me back into the spiritual theme of the month: magnanimity, and especially the quality of generosity. I share how giving can feel deeply fulfilling when it comes from abundance, with no hooks, no expectations, and a real desire to serve from the heart. Two moments brought this alive for me: gift shopping with my sister and stepping into a last-minute Santa role at work, where keeping it light became part of the medicine. My biggest takeaway is simple: when giving is balanced, everybody wins—and when giving leaves you exhausted, it’s a sign to come back to yourself and recalibrate.
