For God to accomplish His plans for the remaining days He will need the Church on the earth to be walking in the fullness of the Spirit.
According to Isaiah 11, and Revelation 2 & 5 the 7-Spirits of God rested on Jesus during His earthly ministry and have been sent back to the earth to rest upon His Church.
