Spiritual Abuse was one of the Worse parts of narcissistic abuse for me. It's one thing to make me question myself... but What I believe in..smh. ⁠⁠

Some ppl think spiritual abuse just happens in groups, like churches or temples etc.. but spiritual abuse can def come from an individual.⁠⁠
