The more mainstream the topic of ayahuasca & other psychedelics become, the more insight I feel needs to be shared on it in order to protect those who may be in a place where something like this could be more harmful than helpful. It is not something anyone should ever jump into blindly, especially without doing sufficient inner work, reflection, & research prior to the experience. It is also absolutely mandatory to have trustworthy facilitators that you feel safe and comfortable with. Your intuition will know if & when you’re ready & if that voice isn’t calling you to it, please do not force it. Be mindful of which voice is talking. 

Different modalities work better for different people & you are the only person who can decide what is going to be best for you. The best way to make that decision is to gather a lot of very real & transparent information from numerous sources so that you’re able make the most educated decision for yourself. I can assure you that not everyone has the same experience as the one I’m about to share.
