In this episode I’m sharing a realization I had while sitting on the beach during a recent family vacation. As beautiful as it was—sun, ocean, quality time—I found myself missing home. And not in a restless way, but in a grateful way. It hit me: I’ve been creating a life that already feels like peace. I don’t need to escape from it.
This episode is all about that—what it really means to build a life that’s spiritually aligned, emotionally fulfilling, and not something you need a vacation to recover from. I talk about the myth of rest only being available on holidays, how we confuse stillness with escape, and why doing the inner work isn’t optional if we want to feel whole every day.
I also invite you to reflect on your own life: Are you building something that nurtures you daily, or just surviving until your next break? Let’s talk about how to redefine peace, rest, and joy—so they’re part of your lifestyle, not just a destination.

In this episode we’re talking about aging, beauty, and the deeper truths that come with growing into yourself in a world obsessed with youth. I’m sharing reflections on my personal relationship with gray hair and how society, especially for women, frames aging as something to hide rather than honor.
We also dive into a tragedy and the controversy surrounding the use of the hashtag #SayHerName, when TikTok star, Briana Gaye was killed in 2023, unpacking the layers of accountability and visibility—especially when it comes to Black women’s lives and voices. The conversation expands into the entertainment industry, raising questions about protection, silence, and power in light of allegations against Trey Songz.
From community care to cultural critique, I highlight the importance of supporting Black-owned businesses, by sharing two Black women owned small businesses to support.

In this episode, I’m getting real about trauma, spiritual warnings, and what happens when we don’t deal with what’s bubbling underneath—like anger, guilt, or generational wounds. I share personal reflections of my own family dynamics, the ways spirit tried to get my attention (through both subtle nudges and hard breakdowns), and why shadow work has been a necessary part of my healing journey.

Your pursuit of peace is not passive—it’s spiritually rebellious in a world addicted to urgency.
In this episode, I invite you to pause and reflect on the sacred energy of stillness. After last week’s fiery dive into patriarchal and misogynistic systems, we shift the frequency — reminding us that peace is just as revolutionary as rage.
Through gentle truths, lived experience, and a soul-led message from spirit, we explore how joy, rest, and inner peace are not luxuries — they are divine rights. I speak candidly on burnout, ego integration, identity, and why we must stop seeing rest as something to earn.
This is your permission slip to take up space quietly, confidently, and in full alignment. You are seen. You are necessary. You are not alone. ✨ Plus: An affirmation to carry with you this week — one you’ll want to play on repeat.

In this episode, I dive deep into the intersections of spiritual accountability and the low-vibrational impact of misogyny and patriarchy on our everyday lives. I share honest reflections and personal experiences around how these systems show up in communication, relationships, and the spaces where women are still silenced or dismissed. We talk about the emotional and spiritual toll of navigating male-dominated dynamics, and how real healing begins with self-awareness, empathy, and a willingness to break generational patterns. This episode is a call to awaken—individually and collectively—and to move forward with more truth, love, and community at the center of how we show up.
Sometimes, fear can drown out love when parenting from unhealed trauma. In this episode, I share my journey of recognizing when I've let fear dictate my parenting, and how I’ve embraced presence over panic and love over control. The balance between protection and projection is delicate—especially for those who have faced trauma or wrestle with deep-seated fears. Join me as I reveal how I’ve learned to acknowledge my fears without imposing them on my child, and what it truly means to nurture from a healed heart, not a hurt one. This is for every parent eager to grow spiritually while raising conscious, emotionally safe kids.
🙏🏾Apologies for the audio not being as crisp in this episode.
In this episode, we're talking about going through a spiritual awakening while in a relationship—especially when your partner isn’t evolving in the same way or at the same pace. I share personal stories and lessons from my own journey, including what it’s like to move from traditional religious beliefs into a more self-defined, soul-led spirituality. We talk about the importance of honest communication, grace, and emotional maturity in navigating these spiritual shifts without losing connection or creating division in romantic relationships. If you're on a spiritual path and wondering how to stay in harmony with someone who may not fully understand it yet, this conversation is for you.
Thank you so much for hanging in here with me through all of the changes and rearranging. Hopefully this will be the last time I change the show name, lmfao.
In this episode, I explore a truth that’s often overlooked: you don’t have to do more to be spiritual—you just have to be. I talk about what it really means to embrace “just being” as a core part of spiritual growth and self-discovery. I share parts of my own journey—how I’ve broken free from restrictive beliefs and practices—and why staying in coherence with my spirit and divine consciousness has become non-negotiable. I also touch on the importance of shadow work and clearing trauma, because we can’t fully express our true selves until we release what’s been holding us back. This conversation is a reminder that real spirituality isn’t about tools or titles—it’s about choosing flow, presence, and liberation over performance and pressure.
