Many are called but few are chosen, Matt. 22:14 says. When we receive a download, we have to be sent in order to make an impact. You need to be convicted to truly care about the mission. That's our why. We need to make a covenant/vow/spiritual commitment to God based on our convictions, if we must grow. Then we get the anointing as a seal of approval. We also get His presence, talents, skills, favor, wisdom, connections and resources needed to complete the task which we must utilise and manage well. Our plans must now be centered around His plans which is in His perfect will. All other plans are in His permissible will which He may allow or block for those of us that has been marked by Himself.
