Synthia shares her healing journey, which began during her difficult pregnancy and led her to explore various healing modalities. She experienced peripartum cardiomyopathy, a heart condition caused by pregnancy, and struggled to be heard by her medical team. This led her to seek alternative healing modalities such as functional medicine, herbal medicine, and reiki.
