I am going to discuss our physical body, what it is and what it does for us, and some alternative ways we can take care of our body.  I will talk about the difference between diseases and injuries.  And I discuss where the spiritual hospital is and how you can go there and what can happen when you get there, and I share some of my own experiences with my physical body and also in the spiritual hospital.
