Maturity is not just growing up to be able to identify what is true and real, but how you can enact those truths in your everyday life. There are going to be times where Jesus is going to be everything you need and there are going to be other times where God is going to hide what you need to move forward in life within a friend, a family member or a counselor. Spiritual maturity is being able to ask the Holy Spirit for help, to read the bible for wisdom and to rely on community for support in order to get on the one path towards becoming more like Jesus and encountering the one true living God.
