Now, let’s talk about cancer. First, we have three physical causes and four emotional causes. Let’s start with the physical ones:

These emotions put stress on our bodies, and over time, this stress can lead to illness. Negative emotions often create physical reactions in our bodies, which is why managing our feelings is so important.
So, how can we protect ourselves from these risks?
