This week, to round out our Spiritual Practices series, we discuss the Lectio Divina. Joining us to discuss the history of this historical practice of Bible reading is Summer Gross. Summer is an Anglican priest, a spiritual director, a writer and a podcaster. Her passion is, through spiritual direction, to lead people from anxiety to resting in God. As we've done the last few weeks, we will release 2 episodes this week, this one that will serve as an introduction to the practice and a second one where Summer leads us through a Lectio. Our prayer is that you will use the second episode as a resource to listen to over and over again.
