How then should I live? After wading through twelve chapters of Christ-exalting truth, magnifying all the ways Jesus is better—it has finally come to this question, ‘How then should I live?’ Chapter 13 is the answer saying THIS is how you should live. If I am going to run the race of faith firm to the end, my exercise of faith along the way is going to look like something. So the Author, being the good pastor he is, doesn’t leave us in the dark as to how we progress toward the finish line of faith. Instead he gets specific about what it looks like to run in pursuit of Jesus. Main Idea—In your race of faith, spiritual progress is an everyday pursuit.
