Each room of your "Inner Abbey" represents one area of spirituality that makes up a lay "rule of life." Each month we'll visit one room of your "Inner Abbey" and take on a spiritual building project in that room by focusing on one simple task that you can complete to make real progress in this area of the spiritual life.
