Hey ya'll, I'm back for part 3/4 in this series on the foundations of a spiritual practice. This week I chat about ~studying~. I know, I know, when most of us think about studying we're taken back to our early school days of having to learn things we hated because somebody-said-so. 

BUT look at you, you're grown now, you can do what you want, you can study how you want, and research anything that tickles your fancy. SO in this episode I give you some practical tips on how vet your resources and make sure you're learning from folks who ~ know what they are talking about ~, as well as give you some practical study tips and some personal examples about how I've worked to accommodate my learning style.
