The first part of this talk provides a definition of spirituality and discusses  how “spiritual truths” are presented and interpreted (or misinterpreted) in this modern age, resulting in a need for discernment and the use of our intuition when searching for answers:

The speaker then discusses how in acknowledging our spirituality it can lead us to begin a journey of unfoldment, spiritual growth, realisation and change: our ultimate goal to bring spirituality in to matter through the way we live out our lives.
