I feel shocked when people think there is a particular age to enter the door of spiritualism. Spirituality doesn't mean that you renounce your Life. We all can be spiritual and yet lead a life full of vision & values. We are much better at any work we do, once we are connected to ourselves better (Spirituality teaches us to be self-aware). It grows those aspects in us which are dormant. Spiritualism becomes a great source of power for you.  Exercising spiritualism can be grueling but the most powerful thing to do. It is not a saffron robe or rosary that you hold which defines spiritualism. Spiritualism is having love & compassion for others.
