Healing is a process, but a damn beautiful one. The more you get to know that inner child & how to help it cope w/ the shit that hurt you back then, everything else is a walk in the park. A long ass walk, but a walk nonetheless where you see other paths of how things could've turned out. Some paths for the better, some for the worse, but nevertheless it's all a part of the journey of said healing. How I've been goin about mine hasn't been deemed as wrong by anybody on my spiritual team, so I know I'm good.
