It has been a minute! Today I am coming in completely real and talking about what has actually been going on in my world. Consistency struggles. Depression flare ups. Fear of the unknown. Dating misfires. Spirituality that is less about crystals, love, and light and more like, “I am trying my best to stay sane and show up.”
