This podcast tries to bring into dialogue Catholic Faith, philosophy, and the fact that many of us are carrying heavy burdens of sorrow, doubt, depression, and emotional captivities of many sorts.  My aim is to provide a little "wisdom literature" for seeking souls.  I am a Benedictine monk with a doctorate in philosophy and several others master's degrees, hoping to help others learn with ease what I learned with difficulty.
