It is sometimes necessary to take a much needed break from almost Everything and mostly Everyone.

Refinancing, Reevaluating, Redefining Relationships, doing some necessary spring cleaning, clearing storage space. I took a break of social media to search deep and find answers to questionable people in my life. At some point in life, we need to carefully evaluate the roles that friends, and extended family members play in our lives, be observant, pay attention, be intentional with your feeling and actions and don't be afraid to speak out when you see negativity, don't fall prey to manipulation, remove yourself from toxic environments. PROTECT YOUR PEACE AND MENTAL HEALTH AT ALL TIMES!

Renny is an ACS Wellness Coordinator. He has over 8 years of experience in Health Equity and Community Engagement. Renny previously worked for NYC Department Of Health and Mental Hygiene and most recently as a Contact Tracer for NYC Health and Hospitals where he made visits to people impacted by COVID-19. A native from Trinidad & Tobago. Renny has an Associate Degree in Community Health from Kingsborough Community College a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from Brooklyn College and a Master of Public Health Degree from Cornell University.

This episode is the perfect talk to close out 2021, I provided you answers to some of the questions many of you were too afraid to ask me, I yapped a tad bit about some things that you may have been curious about regarding "ME", as usual I dropped some healthy advice, take it with you into the New Year!!!
