I was sitting here not being able to lift anything because I'm not allowed after spine fusion surgery, so the best thing I could do besides feeling sorry for self, do my podcast.

This is my 2nd of the day, wowza! I'm starting with song  Splish Splash an oldie from the old days, like from the fifties and sixties, kind of old. 

Slip into laughter, touch on some chaos and truthfully share why I do silly over serious most times. I just blend everything into the proverbial stewing pot of contention and pull out the truth and share the laughter of the moment created.
