Changes

There were two short stories in this collection and both were good. I always enjoy it when an author makes the different stories in their collections, well, different. Perhaps it would be better put to say that they have two very different flavors. (Or maybe I'm just hungry...hmmm)

I especially enjoyed the first story about the end of a relationship. I found it sad and poignant, but also strangely hopeful. I thought the author handled it beautifully.

The second story revolves around three sisters who finally realize that their relationship with each other has to change. That childhood methods of interacting with each other were no longer healthy and were, in fact, driving them apart.

I enjoy short stories immensely but they can make reviews difficult to write. I try hard not to give much away and ruin someone else's enjoyment. So I will end by saying that these are worth a read.
