Today I'm joined by Steve Arter and we're talking about split personality in Sunday School.

There’s a term used often in the church-world; we wear many hats. In some cursory research, this phrase comesfrom the mid-1900’s when professions were quite identifiable by their hats. 
I know that our church is not uniquein the fact that many of us in Sunday school ministry wear many different hats. In our Sunday school we oftenwear several hats just within Sunday school-sometimes literally. 

We can have an impact and make animpression when we invest in the character we are portraying and today we want to talk about keeping thatdelineation between characters and various staff roles.

Some of the things we try to cover:

• Keeping Track
• Don't break the fourth wall
• Cast for consistency
