The title of today's spoken word special is “That Woman”. It was written in a season of my life when I no longer wanted myself to be known as this weak little girl. I wanted to see myself in the mirror differently. I wanted my reflection staring back at me to say you are everything you are working towards. To define me as a powerful woman, the woman I dreamed of becoming and am now becoming. I wrote it one morning and as I was walking. Words were flowing out of me as I drew the energy from nature around me and I just knew I had to share it with someone for that extra encouragement today.
