She is the founder of Essence of Cin and acts as the lead consultant, producer, and brand strategist. Cindy is a producer for the Therapy for Black Girls podcast, recently awarded a 2021 iHeartRadio Podcast award for Best Wellness & Fitness Podcast. She sits on the advisory board of EarBuds Podcast Collective and is a Podcast Taxonomy partner.
