The table begins with OU's Volleyball recap against Western Michigan and how the team should prepare ahead of their MAC tournament matchup against Bowling Green this Friday.

Then we go onto Football, who beat UMASS on Tuesday night, where the Bobcats dominated, despite treacherous conditions. The table also discusses the scenarios Ohio will need to happen for the Bobcats to make it into the MAC title game.

Then we go into Men's and Women's basketball where Women's continues to build onto their strong start, however, the men's team is slipping.

The second half of the show is covering college basketball and football, then we dive into our Browns, Bengals and Cavaliers segment.
