On this episode I attended Parkrun Jersey to see what Parkrun is and how it is a big part of both the events volunteers life's, along with seeing what those who participate say. 

I also caught up with Tigers Swimming Clubs' head coach Nathan Jegou. We talked about his swimming career, both participating and coaching, and also the struggles that Tigers went through not long ago.
