The Queensland police force is moving to a new mobile information platform that allows officers to conduct police checks from the road; avoiding lengthy radio queues, maintaining higher visibility and getting more work done.

This presentation walks through the design challenges we overcame as we sought smarter ways to help police quickly find the information they need, whilst pulling together information from multiple disconnected sources.
