But this week our topic is all about swimming so if you've ever been walking round the pool side with your goggles on thinking about how embarrassing it'd be to have to get up that high chair life guards sit in and blow your whistle every 5 minutes, we're welcoming your suggestions and having a listen through them just to normalize overthinking when you're swimming.
