I love music and although it's Monday, I will be making Spotlight Sunday a thing where I single out some great songs of all genres by some innovative & fascinating artists. Something has been telling me to listen to J. Cole lately. Every song I've heard of his, I've enjoyed but have yet to listen to any of his full albums. I look forward to binge listening to all of them in the very near future. I learned of this song while listening to his interview from a couple of years ago with Angie Martinez. J. Cole is known as a conscious rapper who shares personal experiences of his life over bomb beats.
